BEHIND THE BRAND

Knickers & Knits is a knitwear and crochet brand, heavily inspired by the beauty within nature and femininity. Currently creating and releasing 'Mini drops' including whimsical one off pieces.

In a world where over-consumption and fast fashion is now the norm, Knickers & Knits takes the slower approach- Handcrafting timeless pieces from quality materials, which will hopefully last a life time if cared for correctly.

As most of us know, the fashion industry is one of the most polluting and damaging to our world which is why we create all of our pieces from natural materials and by hand, meaning that they are bio-degradable (will break down naturally if they do end up in landfill), environmentally friendly (no micro-plastics will be released when being washed), aswell as having all the great qualities that natural fibres give- Breathability, insulation, comfort ,etc.

After graduating with a degree in Fashion Textiles, and a background in Fashion contour, Paige (The founder) decided to combine both of her interests and create this girly wirly, fun knitwear brand which takes elements from the lingerie industry and traditional handcrafting techniques- Knickers & Knits.
